David F. Toone is rated AV “Preeminent” by his peers in Martindale Hubbell. He graduated from the University of Arizona College of Law in 1987 and is currently a partner at Mac Ban Law Offices where he has practiced since 2003. Since joining Mac Ban Law Offices, David has practiced exclusively in the areas of medical malpractice, professional liability, and complex tort litigation, representing both plaintiffs and defendants. David has extensive experience as lead counsel in medical malpractice trials in both Pima County and Maricopa County. David has also practiced extensively in the areas of appellate law, public entity liability defense, insurance coverage, and general liability defense. He has also had jury trials in Federal Court in Tucson as well as Graham County Superior Court. David is admitted to the Arizona Supreme Court, the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Supreme Court. David is a member of the Tucson Defense Bar and the Defense Research Institute.
